Fiscal Detail and Notes
The Department of Health and Human Services will require General Fund appropriations of $62,069 in fiscal year 2019-20 and $122,182 in fiscal year 2020-21 to amend rules in Chapter 101: MaineCare Benefits Manual, Chapter III, Section 18, Allowances for Home and Community Based Services for Adults with Brain Injury to increase rates and unit caps for certain services and required technology changes. Federal Expenditures Fund allocations will also be required for the FMAP match.
