Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The bill includes General Fund appropriations of $424,040 in fiscal year 2019-20 and $440,341 in fiscal year 2020-21, representing fifty percent of the total cost, to a newly created Early Childhood Consultation Program within the DHHS for one Regional Education Representative position and one Office Associate position and related All Other costs, including funding for contracted consultants as well as technology, training, travel and meeting costs. This bill requires the remaining fifty percent of the costs associated with the program to be paid for through Federal Block Grant Funds from the Child Care Development Block Grant within the department.
