|
The Department of
Health and Human Services will require General Fund appropriations of
$4,731,790 in fiscal year 2019-20 and $4,766,215 in fiscal year 2020-21 to
establish graduated quality differential rates for steps 2 to 4 in the 4-step
child care quality rating system, for technology upgrades, to create a
program to support providers of child care services in sharing administrative
and program services and costs, for one Social Services Manager I position
and 3 Social Service Program Specialist I positions to manage all of the
contracts for providers qualifying for the Step 3 and Step 4 differential
rate and for 8 Social Service Program Specialist I positions to provide site
visits. |
