This bill would
create an exemption in the rules regulating electrical transmission and
distribution utilities to allow generators of electrical power to build
interconnections to adjacent locations and supply electrical power to them. Any additional costs to the Public
Utilities Commission as a result of rulemaking regarding this legislation are
anticipated to be minor and can be absorbed within existing budgeted
resources. |
