The bill includes
General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human Services of
$600,935 in fiscal year 2019-20 and $600,935 in fiscal year 2020-21 for a
2-year pilot project in the midcoast area of the State for intensive services
provided by the office for an intensive drug treatment court established in
consultation with the judicial branch. |

The bill includes
General Fund appropriations to the judicial branch of $10,800 in fiscal year
2019-20 and $14,400 in fiscal year 2020-21 for active retired judges for the
2- year pilot project. |
