Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The bill includes General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human Services of $1,255,850 in fiscal year 2019-20 and $1,255,850 in fiscal year 2020-21 for a 2-year pilot project in the midcoast area of the State for intensive services provided by the office for an intensive drug treatment court established in consultation with the judicial branch.
	The bill includes General Fund appropriations to the judicial branch of $10,800 in fiscal year 2019-20 and $14,400 in fiscal year 2020-21 for active retired judges for the 2- year pilot project.
