This amendment
adds menthol, mint and wintergreen as tobacco product flavors prohibited by
the bill. General Fund revenue will be reduced by $3,324,725 in fiscal year
2019-20 and $5,029,575 in fiscal year 2020-21. This revenue reduction is incremental to
the revenue loss already in the committee amendment. |
