This resolve
directs the Commissioner of the Department of Administrative and Financial
Services (DAFS) to commission a comprehensive study of the wages and
compensation system for employees of the executive branch of State
Government. DAFS must report the findings of the study no later than July 1,
2020. DAFS has indicated it would require $600,000 in one-time funding to
contract for this study. |
