Fiscal Detail
and Notes |
The bill includes
General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human Services of
$1,000,000 beginning in fiscal year 2019-20 to stabilize the work force by
bringing salaries of home visitors in line with comparable positions and to
expand to foster families caring for infants eligibility for home visiting
programs.
Note - The appropriations in this bill are in the Maternal and Child Health
Block Grant - Z008 program, but the Purchased Social Services - 0228 program
might be better suited for additional funding for the contracts involved. |
