This amendment
removes the General Fund appropriations of $200,000 that were in the bill and
replaces them with Other Special Revenue Funds allocations for the Attorney
General. The allocations are funded by transfers to the Attorney General of
$200,000 from available balances within the Bureau of Insurance, Other
Special Revenue Funds accounts in fiscal year 2019-20 and 2020-21 only. |
