This bill
includes General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human
Services of $4,500,000 in fiscal year 2020-21 to establish a demonstration
project to create a behavioral health crisis center in a rural area of the
State. This cost assumes an 18 month pilot through June 30, 2022. |
