The bill includes
General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human Services of
$752,421 in fiscal year 2019-20 and $1,504,842 in fiscal year 2020-21 for a
24 month pilot project to provide rapid access to low-barrier treatment for
substance use disorders and stable housing to support recovery and create
stability for 50 opioid users who are among the most vulnerable and unstable
in the State. |
