This bill
includes General Fund appropriations totaling $465,252 in both fiscal year
2019-20 and fiscal year 2020-21 to provide support for each local workforce
development board in the State. The
bill provides that each local workforce development board receive an annual
appropriation equal to $25 multiplied by the number of unemployed persons in
each board's service area for the prior year.
