The bill provides
an income tax credit to eligible attorneys and would result in a reduction in
General Fund revenue of $23,750 and a reduction in Local Government Fund
revenue of $1,250 in fiscal year 2020-21. |

Any additional
costs to the Supreme Judicial Court, within the Judicial Department, to
report to the Legislature can be absorbed within existing budgeted
resources. |
