The amendment
changes the individuals who would be eligible for reimbursement for the
treatment of individuals showing early signs of a psychotic disorder using a
coordinated specialty care model from non-MaineCare to MaineCare and reduces
the ongoing General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human
Services by $1,003,557 beginning in fiscal year 2019-20. |
