The additional workload associated with the minimal number of new cases
filed in the court system does not require additional funding at this time.
The collection of additional filing fees may increase General Fund and

The Office of the
State Treasurer administers the unclaimed property function of the State.
That office has indicated that the changes in this bill will have no fiscal
impact. Therefore, the revenues turned over annually to the General Fund from
this function are not expected to be affected by the provisions of this bill. |
