This amendment
requires the State Controller to transfer $355,501 in fiscal year 2019-20
from various Other Special Revenue Funds program accounts identified by the
Commissioner of Professional and Financial Regulation to the General Fund
unappropriated surplus no later than June 30, 2020. This fully reimburses the
General Fund for the appropriation in the bill and, as amended, removes any
General Fund cost. |
