Fiscal Detail
and Notes |
|

|
|
|
|
The bill includes
a one-time General Fund appropriation of $355,501 in fiscal year 2019-20 for
the Department of Health and Human Services to issue an RFP for a contract to
conduct a study to determine the amount of time assisted housing program
staff devote to meeting the needs of residents in assisted housing programs,
with a focus on residents with Alzheimer's disease or dementia.
The bill also requires the State Controller to transfer $355,501 in fiscal
year 2019-20 from various Other Special Revenue Funds program accounts
identified by the Commissioner of Professional and Financial Regulation to
the General Fund unappropriated surplus no later than June 30, 2020. This
fully reimburses the General Fund for the appropriation in the bill and, as
amended, removes any General Fund cost. |
