The amendment
removes the General Fund appropriation to the judicial branch and provides
Other Special Revenue Funds allocations of $10,000 in Fiscal Year 2019-20
only. The allocation is funded by authorizing the judicial branch to retain
up to $10,000 of the assessments that are collected. |
