The bill
authorizes certain agencies within the Department of Professional and
Financial Regulation (DPFR) to lower or suspend certain fees specified in law
by order, including licensing and other fees collected from regulated
professions and industries. Any reduction to these fees from current levels
will decrease total revenue collected by DPFR. |
