|
This amendment
corrects an error in Public Law 2019, chapter 343, Part AAAAA, the 2020-2021
biennial budget in which language specifying the 5% cap on the amount of
funding received by certain career and technical education (CTE) centers and
CTE regions was inadvertently left out.
This error does not affect the amount of funding budgeted for these
CTE centers and CTE regions and no General Fund appropriations are required. |
