This amendment
removes the requirement from the bill that all initiators of deposit enter
into a commingling agreement by January 1, 2023. Unclaimed deposits for
redeemable beverage containers not subject to a commingling agreement would
continue to be turned over to the State and the revenue loss beginning in
fiscal year 2022-23 is reversed. |
