The bill requires
the Superintendent of Insurance to determine the compliance of health
insurance carriers with federal and state mental health parity laws and
submit a report. Additional costs to the Bureau of Insurance, within the
Department of Professional and Financial Regulation, to carry out these
provisions can be absorbed within existing resources. |
