Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The bill includes Other Special Revenue Funds allocations to the Department of Health and Human Services of $1,063,239 in fiscal year 2019-20 and $1063,239 in fiscal year 2020-21 due to an increase in hospital tax funding being received from the newly established MRH Corp. Federal Expenditures Fund allocations are also included for the federal portion of the cost of the tax reimbursed to the hospital.
