costs to the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry as a result
of changes to the rules regarding the disqualification of horses
participating because of prohibited substances, the forfeiture of purses or
the method of posting harness racing rules are anticipated to be minor and
can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources. |
