|
This bill creates
a postsecondary educational institution program license which would allow
postsecondary educational institutions to purchase and permit sampling of
liquor in conjunction with an educational curriculum. Any additional costs to
the Bureau of Alcoholic Beverages and Lottery Operations related to the
license are anticipated to be minor and can be absorbed within existing
budgeted resources. Any additional revenue generated from the license is not
expected to be significant. |
