This legislation
will not impact the total cost of public education from kindergarten to grade
12 or the State's share of that cost.
School management and leadership centers will follow the same approval
process as school administrative units for major capital projects in order to
receive state funding and the statutory debt service ceiling for state-funded
major capital construction projects will not change due to the provisions in
this bill. |
