|
This bill
increases the processing fee for a Board of Environmental Protection
permit-by-rule application from $50 to $250.
Based on the average number of annual permits in previous years,
beginning in fiscal year 2019-20 this increase will generate an estimated
$296,820 in additional Other Special Revenue Funds revenue for the Department
of Environmental Protection. The bill
will require a corresponding allocation to allow for the expenditure of the
additional revenue. |
