costs to the Governor's Energy Office to convene a stakeholder group and
report back on the findings or for the Public Utilities Commission and Office
of the Public Advocate to participate in a stakeholder group to identify and
develop strategies to address the transmission grid reliability and electric
rate stability for the northern Maine service territory are anticipated to be
minor and can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources. |
