This legislation
directs the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry (ACF) to
convey certain land in Moosehead Junction Township for appraised fair market
value. The amount of Other Special Revenue Funds revenue received will not be
known until an appraisal is completed. Any additional cost to complete an
appraisal is anticipated to minor and can be absorbed within existing
budgeted sources. |
