This amendment
reduces the General Fund appropriation to the Department of Health and Human
Services by $13,000 in fiscal year 2019-20 for the department to contract
with a third party to examine upper payment limit options to increase
federally approved limits for services provided under MaineCare. Federal
Expenditures Fund allocations are also reduced for the FMAP match. |
