Any additional
costs to the Department of Environmental Protection as a result of a
requirement to report on methods to measure and estimate air emissions from
aboveground petroleum storage tanks and to identify programs to assist
municipalities in using mobile air quality monitoring devices are anticipated
to be minor and can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources. |
