costs to the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife as a result of
changes to the laws regarding public notice requirements for emergency
rulemaking, the definition of a supervisor of a junior or apprentice hunter

anticipated to be minor and can be absorbed within existing budgeted
resources. |
