	This bill authorizes the Department of Defense, Veterans and Emergency Management to provide a vehicle to a senior facility manager position. This position is already being provided with a vehicle, which is included in the department's budget at a cost of $3,600 per year. The purpose of the bill is to put language into statute to clarify that this position can have the use of a vehicle.
