|
The Department of
Health and Human Services will require a General Fund appropriation of
$13,437 in fiscal year 2020-21 for a technology change to the Office of Child
and Family Services Maine Automated Child Welfare Information System in order
to track the requirement for a court hearing within 60 days of a child's
placement in a qualified residential treatment program within a residential
care facility. An Other Special Revenue Funds allocation will also be
required for the Federal match. |
