The bill includes
a one-time General Fund appropriation to the Department of Health and Human
Services of $13,437 in fiscal year
2020-21 for a technology change to the Office of Child and Family Services
Maine Automated Child Welfare Information System in order to track the
requirement for a court hearing within 60 days of a child's placement in a
qualified residential treatment program within a residential care facility.
An Other Special Revenue Funds allocation is also included for the Federal
match. |
