This bill allows
termination of a memorandum of understanding between the Department of Public
Safety and the LifeFlight Foundation and transfers a motor vehicle, computer
training equipment and $163,000 from the Department of Public Safety to the
LifeFlight Foundation. This money is the balance remaining in an account at
the Department of Public Safety that has been dedicated to activities carried
out by the LifeFlight Foundation. It is anticipated that the LifeFlight
Foundation will continue to provide the same services it has been providing
prior to enactment of this bill. |
