|
This bill
includes a one-time General Fund appropriation of $19,414 in fiscal year
2021-22 to the Leadership Team program within the Department of Education for
the research, technology, travel and meeting costs associated with studying
the development of a centralized billing system to process claims to
MaineCare and other insurers, including private insurers, for children with
disabilities from birth to 22 years of age. |

Any additional
costs to the Department of Health and Human Services from the provisions of
this bill are expected to be minor and can be absorbed within existing
budgeted resources. |
