This amendment
reduces the General Fund cost of the bill by $200,000 in fiscal year 2022-23
by requiring the State Controller to transfer $200,000 from the Medical Use
Marijuana Fund within the Department of Administrative and Financial Services
to the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund no later than June 30,
2023. |
|
As amended, the
bill still includes ongoing General Fund appropriations totaling $400,000 per
year beginning in fiscal year 2022-23 to the Employment Services Activity
program within the Department of Labor to support apprenticeship programs. |
