This bill
includes a one-time General Fund appropriation of $62,755 in fiscal year
2021-22 to the Special Services Team program within the Department of
Education for the facilitator, program manager, technology, travel, research
and meeting costs associated with the development of plans for the provision
of early intervention services and for an analysis of the federal extended
Part C option. |

Any additional
costs to the Department of Health and Human Services and to the Office of the
Attorney General to serve on the advisory committee are assumed to be minor
and can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources. |
