The Department of
Health and Human Services will require General Fund appropriations of
$307,300 in fiscal year 2021-22 and $399,600 in fiscal year 2022-23 to allow
that the period of time following delivery of a baby that a woman may be
eligible for services under MaineCare is 12 months and one-time funding for a
contract to develop the cost-neutrality methodology for a Medicaid waiver.
Federal Expenditures Fund allocations will also be required for the FMAP
match. |
