This amendment
reduces the General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human
Services by $119,880 in fiscal year 2021-22 to $79,920 and by $119,880 in
fiscal year 2022-23 to $279,720 due to adjusting the period of time following
delivery of a baby that a woman may be eligible for services under MaineCare
to 6 months through June 30, 2022, 9 months through June 30, 2023 and 12
months therafter. Federal Expenditures Fund allocations will also be adjusted
for the FMAP match. |
