This bill includes
General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human Services of
$79,920 in fiscal year 2021-22 and $279,720 in fiscal year 2022-23 to allow a
period of time following delivery of a baby during which a woman may be
eligible for services under MaineCare of 6 months through June 30, 2022, 9
months through June 30, 2023 and 12 months thereafter. Federal Expenditures
Fund allocations are also provided for the Federal Medical Assistance
Percentage (FMAP) match. |
