|
This amendment
reduces the General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human
Services from $2,915,479 to $1,457,740 in fiscal year 2022-23 and changes the
effective date to January 1, 2023. It also includes a transfer of $1,457,740
in fiscal year 2022-23 from the Liquor Operation Revenue Fund within the
Maine Municipal Bond Bank to the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund
to offset the remaining cost to the General Fund. |
