The Educational
and General Activities - UMS program within the University of Maine System
will require ongoing General Fund appropriations of $60,000 per year
beginning in fiscal year 2021-22 for the costs associated with hiring a
consultant to conduct 3rd-party reviews of the hiring process for positions
within the University of Maine System.
The university estimates the cost of the consulting services to be
between $60,000 to $125,000 annually.
The university may require additional appropriations in future
legislation depending on the actual costs of the consulting services. |
