This resolve
directs the Department of Environmental Protection to review the protocols
regarding inspection and port offloading safety mandates for solid waste and
solid recovered fuels and report back on the findings by January 15, 2022.
The department has indicated it does not have staff available with this area
of expertise and would need to contract out the study and report. The resolve
includes a one-time appropriation of $20,000 in fiscal year 2021-22 for
contracted services. |
