Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The bill provides an ongoing General Fund appropriation to the Department of Health and Human Services of $90,000 beginning in fiscal year 2022-23 to increase the contract for certification of recovery residences.
	Additional costs to the Maine State Housing Authority associated with the provisions in this legislation can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.
