This amendment
eliminates the General Fund cost of the bill by striking the General Fund
appropriation of $84,179 in fiscal year 2022-23 to the Regulation and
Enforcement program within the Department of Labor for one Labor and Safety
Inspector position and related All Other costs associated with enforcement of
the law regarding nondisclosure agreements pursuant to Title 26, section
599-C. This fiscal note assumes an
August 1, 2022 effective date. The additional cost to the Department of Labor
to implement the requirements of this bill will be absorbed within existing
budgeted resources. |
