Fiscal Detail and Notes
This amendment delays the start and moves the fiscal year 2021-22 appropriations to fiscal year 2022-23, shifts the rule-making requirement from December 31, 2022 to December 31, 2023 and delays required reporting deadlines by one calendar year.  The Other Special Revenue Funds allocations and revenue are backed out from fiscal year 2024-25 and moved to fiscal year 2025-26.  As amended, the bill still has a General Fund appropriation to the Department of Environmental Protection of $131,292 in fiscal year 2022-23.
