|
This bill
includes General Fund appropriations of $213,154 in fiscal year 2022-23 to
the Department of Administrative and Financial Services for one Public
Service Coordinator I position and one Public Service Coordinator II position
within the Office of the State Economist to conduct demographic analyses and
provide the capacity to make data accessible to the public. |

The bill includes
General Fund appropriations of $208,121 to the Department of the Secretary of
State in fiscal year 2022-23 for one Management Analyst II position and one
Data Governance Architect position to oversee a records management program
and advance data governance policies and programs. |
|
It also includes
General Fund appropriations of $106,577 in fiscal year 2022-23 to the Racial,
Indigenous and Tribal Populations program within the Permanent Commission on
the Status of Racial, Indigenous and Tribal Populations for one Public
Service Coordinator I position to coordinate the commission's ongoing role in
establishing and enhancing the data governance program. |

Any additional
costs to other departments and agencies to participate and meet the
requirements of the bill are assumed to be minor and can be absorbed within
existing budgeted resources. |
